There isn’t much that is worse than feeling sick, especially when it’s a bad cold or the flu. The body aches, congestion, and fatigue can be unbearable. Bring some relief and comfort naturally with these cold and flu bath bombs. You can use them in a bath like a traditional bath bomb, or you can use them in the shower.
These bath bombs are made with natural ingredients and 100% pure essential oils to soothe body aches while opening and clearing congested airways. Make a large batch, and keep them on hand for when the cold and flu season comes around.

1/4cupEpsom Salts
1/4cupCitric Acid
1cupBaking Soda

Food Coloring (optional)
Bath Bomb Mold
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine Epsom Salts, baking soda, and citric acid. Stir to combine.
Add in Eucalyptus along with dried flowers and food coloring if desired. Stir to combine.
Spray your mixture with water and stir until it is the consistency of damp sand.
Squeeze a bit of your mixture together to make sure it holds its shape lightly. If needed, add more water.
Spoon mixture into your mold. Let the bath bombs dry for 24 - 48 hours.
How to Use
Bath — Fill your tub with warm water. Add 1 bath bomb to the water. The Eucalyptus will bring a cooling and soothing sensation to your body while opening and clearing your airways.
Shower — You can use these in the shower as well. Simply put the bath bomb just outside the stream of your shower so that it slowly dissolves with water.
12 oz yield? Equivalent of 12 bath bombs? Is this the only recipe for bath bombs? I couldn’t find any others.
